How an order moves from enquiry to delivery: terms of trade, payment, shipping, documents, customs and after-sales. Items in brackets are to be completed by Artmiz-Group before launch.
Submit the quote request. We reply with a written quotation stating unit price, currency [CURRENCY], lead time, Incoterm, payment terms and validity of [X] days.
You send a purchase order or sign the quotation. We issue an order confirmation and, where required, a proforma invoice for payment.
We pack, insure where agreed and ship. You receive tracking details and the shipping documents before the goods arrive.
We quote on the term that suits you. [CONFIRM WHICH TERMS YOU OFFER.] The term decides who arranges and pays for transport, insurance and import clearance.
Accepted methods: [BANK TRANSFER, LETTER OF CREDIT, OTHER]. Currency: [CURRENCY]. Terms for new customers: [E.G. 100% IN ADVANCE, OR X% DEPOSIT AND BALANCE BEFORE DISPATCH]. Terms for established accounts: [E.G. NET 30 AFTER CREDIT APPROVAL].

Diamond inserts are small and high in value. Small orders normally travel by international air courier, larger orders by air freight or road. Each insert is packed in its own protective case, then in an outer carton with void fill. Shipments are insured at invoice value where the Incoterm provides for it.
Carriers and transit times: [LIST CARRIERS AND TYPICAL TRANSIT TIMES BY DESTINATION].
Each shipment normally includes:
Commercial invoice
Packing list
Air waybill or bill of lading
Certificate of origin, where required
Manufacturer's datasheet and certificate of conformity, where available
Tell us in the enquiry if your customs office needs other documents.
Carbide-based inserts with a diamond tip are commonly declared under tariff heading 8209 (plates, sticks and tips for tools). Other diamond tools may fall under different headings. Confirm the code and the duty rate with your customs broker, because classification depends on the exact product and the importing country.
Import licences, sanctions rules and export controls that apply to your route are the responsibility of each party under its own law. [ADD ANY RESTRICTIONS THAT APPLY TO YOUR TRADE LANE.]
Check the goods against the packing list on arrival. Report transit damage or shortages within [X] days of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and the product. Keep all packaging until the claim is settled.
Warranty: [TERMS, COVERING MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, SUBJECT TO USE WITHIN THE MANUFACTURER'S RECOMMENDED CONDITIONS]. Returns: [CONDITIONS, TIME LIMIT AND WHO PAYS FOR RETURN FREIGHT]. Normal wear, impact damage and use on unsuitable materials such as steel are not covered.
Include your delivery country in the enquiry and the quotation will state the terms that apply.
